2.2 If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the phpg platform or any of its Services.
2.3 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phpg. They are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use phpg. This requirement is set by PAGCOR and is non-negotiable. phpg enforces this through mandatory KYC verification. Players who misrepresent their age during registration are in breach of these Terms and of Philippine law.
3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. phpg's Services are intended for players physically located in the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing online gambling services is legal in your specific location. phpg makes no representation that its Services are lawful in all jurisdictions.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each natural person may register and maintain only one phpg Account. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.
3.5 KYC Verification. phpg requires identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players must submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (UMID, PhilSys, passport, or driver's license) and a current selfie. phpg reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3.6 Ineligible Persons. The following persons may not register or use phpg: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons self-excluded from phpg or PAGCOR-regulated gaming platforms; (c) employees, directors, and contractors of phpg and its affiliated companies, and their immediate family members; (d) persons on any PAGCOR exclusion register.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phpg login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. phpg will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat — any such request is fraudulent and should be reported to phpg support immediately.
4.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify phpg immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. phpg will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized Account use where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
4.3 Two-Factor Authentication. phpg strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication. Accounts with 2FA enabled benefit from additional withdrawal protection. phpg may, at its discretion, require 2FA for all accounts accessing the platform after a defined date.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. phpg will notify you at the email address on file prior to any dormancy classification. Dormant accounts remain subject to PAGCOR's player fund protection requirements.
4.5 Account Currency. All phpg Account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). phpg does not offer multi-currency accounts. Deposits made through payment methods denominated in foreign currency will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phpg accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI (via InstaPay), BDO (via InstaPay), Metrobank (via PESONet), InstaPay, PESONet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (one hundred Philippine Pesos) regardless of payment method, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum deposit requirement.
5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your phpg Wallet within 60 seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within 30 minutes. Deposits made via PESONet or 7-Eleven CLiQQ may take up to 24 hours to reflect. phpg is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200 (two hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the same name as the KYC-verified Account holder. phpg does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawals to GCash are processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts under normal conditions. Bank transfers may take 30–60 minutes depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. phpg reserves the right to extend processing times during peak periods or for accounts undergoing enhanced verification.
5.6 Source of Funds. phpg reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds for deposits where required by applicable anti-money laundering legislation or PAGCOR directives. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the relevant Account.
5.7 No Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the same name as the phpg Account holder. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties will be reversed, and associated winnings may be forfeited pending investigation.
6.1 General Bonus Policy. phpg offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral bonuses, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published in the phpg promotions section and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered on eligible games within a defined time period. phpg will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 20x) for each bonus at the time of offer.
6.3 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and uncompleted wagering requirements will be removed from the Account without compensation.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. phpg actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, low-risk betting patterns specifically designed to clear wagering requirements, and collusion. phpg reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to restrict or close Accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
6.5 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, phpg bonuses are limited to one per household, shared IP address, or shared device. Multiple accounts benefiting from the same promotion from the same household constitutes a breach of these Terms.
6.6 phpg's Right to Modify Promotions. phpg reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. phpg will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification or termination of a promotion.
7.1 Game Availability. phpg's game catalog is subject to change without notice. Games may be added, removed, or temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, licensing changes, or regulatory requirements. phpg will not be liable for any loss caused by the unavailability of a specific game.

7.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes or the crediting of winnings, phpg reserves the right to void affected bets and refund wagers to player Accounts. phpg will not be liable for losses attributable to technical failures outside its control.
7.4 Erroneous Odds or Payouts. Where an obvious error in displayed odds, game payouts, or credited winnings occurs due to human or technical error, phpg reserves the right to correct the error and adjust Account balances accordingly. Players may not knowingly exploit such errors.
7.5 Bet Confirmation. A bet is confirmed only upon receipt of a unique confirmation ID generated by phpg's system. Bets placed during network interruptions that do not receive a confirmation ID are not valid. In cases of dispute, phpg's server records constitute the authoritative record of all bets placed.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phpg platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities:

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phpg solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any phpg content.
10.3 The phpg name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of phpg. You may not use any phpg trademark, trade name, or service mark without the prior written consent of phpg.
11.1 phpg collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at phpg.asia/privacy-policy and is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.
11.2 By registering on phpg, you consent to phpg collecting, storing, and processing your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of: account administration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and personalised gaming and promotional communications.
11.3 phpg complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. Players have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of their personal data, subject to phpg's legal and regulatory retention obligations.
12.1 phpg provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, phpg disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 phpg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity — even if phpg has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.3 phpg's total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited to your phpg Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phpg's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by phpg's proven negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.
13.1 phpg's Right to Suspend. phpg reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) your Account is identified as being involved in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; (c) phpg is required to do so by PAGCOR or any applicable law or regulation; or (d) phpg reasonably suspects that the Account is being used for money laundering or any financial crime.
13.2 Account Closure by Player. You may close your phpg Account at any time by contacting phpg support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified withdrawable balance remaining at the time of Account closure will be returned to your designated withdrawal method, subject to standard KYC verification.
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account — whether by phpg or by you — your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. Bonus Funds and uncleared wagering requirements are forfeited upon Account termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including but not limited to Sections 8, 10, 12, and 14) shall continue to apply.
14.1 Internal Dispute Resolution. 14.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and phpg with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements.
15.1 phpg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of these Terms will always be accessible at phpg.asia/terms-conditions.
15.2 Material amendments — those that materially alter your rights or obligations — will be communicated via: (a) a notification posted on the phpg homepage; and/or (b) an email to the address registered on your Account, at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.
15.3 Your continued use of the phpg platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.
